New Gold Coast Health and wellbeing groups

Health and wellbeing groups are free, small group programs located across the Gold Coast to support local residents with the wellness tools for balanced, social, emotional and mental wellbeing.

These groups explore techniques for stress management, mindfulness, motivation and positive relationships and the importance of social connection. 
The programs are run by professionals in a safe and supportive environment.
 

For people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Complete Health and Community Assistance (CALD) Program
Surfers Paradise, Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta, Nerang and Coomera
Program time - 6 weeks (commencing regularly)

These programs are for residents of the Gold Coast who are experiencing symptoms of mild depression and/or anxiety. Referral is not needed. Each group program can be attended once only.
