Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator

GCPHN has an exciting opportunity for a Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join their team on a full-time contract basis until 30 June, 2020.

Primary responsibility in this role will be to develop, implement, manage and report on progress of Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) annual needs assessment, regional planning and stakeholder engagement activities to support commissioning cycle and operational activities.

To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated experience in needs assessment and stakeholder engagement. You will have experience in coordinating work across teams and external stakeholders, along with a background in developing and maintaining quality relationships, including government services and community sectors.

Program Coordinators (Mental Health, Aged and Palliative Care)

GCPHN has two exciting opportunities for Program Coordinators to join their team on a full-time contract basis until 30 June, 2019. One position will coordinate the Mental Health program including Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and suicide prevention, while the other will focus on Aged and Palliative Care.

As a Program Coordinator, your ultimate responsibility will be to create systems that support the commissioning of co‐designed services to reflect the quality of care and access to services within primary care.

GCPHN is seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in coordinating and/or managing a team, along with a background in developing and maintaining quality relationships, including government services and community sectors. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise actions, influence, negotiate, and engage positively with stakeholders to achieve improved outcomes, will be essential to your success.

Data Quality, Compliance and Corporate Reporting Officer 

GCPHN has an exciting opportunity for a Data Quality, Compliance and Corporate Reporting Officer to join their team on a full-time contract basis until 30 June 2020.

In this role, you will ensure the GCPHN's data is of the highest quality, provide governance of the data sets and reporting of data to inform needs analysis and planning, reporting, and broadly supporting their commissioning cycle, and other operational program activities.

GCPHN is looking for a candidate who has significant experience and expertise in data governance, quality control and reporting. You will also display high-level technical skills with demonstrated experience in synthesising and interpreting data and information presentation plus extraction processes and methods.

Your advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL, and other data analytics and graphic presentation skills will be crucial to your success in this role. As will your ability to organise and present information in a clear, logical, and systematic way.

The ideal candidate will possess the proven ability to problem solve whilst being able to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Exceptional time-management skills are paramount.

Project Support Officer (Practice Support) 

GCPHN has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join their team on a full-time contract basis until 30 June, 2019. 

In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide and coordinate administrative and project support services to the program and project team to contribute to the overall effectiveness of project outcomes. You will also ensure that project tasks are appropriately planned, monitored, deployed, and evaluated.

GCPHN is seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience delivering a high level of customer service within a multi-disciplinary team environment and previous experience supporting project and operational deliverables. 

It is a requirement to have worked in a primary health care setting (medical reception or equivalent) and have experience with practice information systems and medical software such as Medical Director or Best Practice and Clinical Audit tools such as CAT Plus.

Your ability to plan, organise, set priorities, meet deadlines, and handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimal supervision, combined with your sound knowledge and experience of administrative practices, will be crucial to your success in this role.
